ISLAND BOROUGH AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough Personnel Rules and egulations
provide for an annual adjustment based upon cost -of- living fac •rs, and
WHEREAS, such cost -of- living adjustment (COLA) is - critical part of
the budget preparation process, and
WHEREAS, The Personnel Board has recommendedc6 t January be used to
determine the amount of the COLA adjustment, and

WHEREAS, the provisions of this ordinan 3 all benefits hereby
