AN ORDINANCE FOR THE DISPOSAL OF TAX - FORECLOSED LAND, U.S. SURVEY
2382, LOCATED ON RASPBERRY ISLAND, KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH, ALASKA.
The Kodiak Island Borough Assembly hereby ordains:
SECTION 1: That Tracts A, B, and C of U.S. Survey 2382, Raspberry Island,
Kodiak Island Borough, Alaska, be offered for sale at public auction within
three months of the effective date of this ordinance.
SECTION 2: Ordinance no. 81 -36 -0 is hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon passage and
adoption date.
