ORDINANCE NO. 81 -48-0
AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH, KODIAK, ALASKA, APPROPRIAT-
ING CERTAIN SUMS OF MONEY FOR RECEIPT AND EXPENDITURE.
WHEREAS, the Assembly of the Kodiak Island Borough has made formal
request to the State of Alaska for certain sums of money as hereinafter delin-
eated, and
Borough as follows:
ATTEST:
WHEREAS, the State of Alaska has the authority under AS 37.05.315 to
enter into such agreements for Municipal Grants, and
WHEREAS, such monies have not been previously appropriated for
receipt and expenditure by the Kodiak Island Borough.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Assembly of the Kodiak Island
Section 1. The following sums of money or as much thereof as may be
authorized by law, as may be needed or deemed necessary to defray
all expenses and liabilities of the Borough, be and the same are
hereby appropriated for corporate purposes and objects of said
Borough heretofore specified.

b. Grant #4 -255 $3,518,000 Island Lake Water /Sewer Project
c. Grant 113 -207 130,000 Equipment for Kodiak Island
Hospital
d. Grant 1i3 -208 250,000 Repairs for Kodiak Island
Hospital
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances found to be in con-
flict with this ordinance are hereby expressly rescinded.
