FLATS ALASKA SUBDIVISION, FROM I- INDUSTRIAL TO C- CONSERVATION.
The Kodiak Island Borough Assembly Ordains that:
SECTION 1: Tracts B -1, B -2, B -3, B -4A, and B -5A, Bells Fla s Alaska Subdivision,
are hereby rezoned from I- Industrial to C- Conservation 1
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall be in full force an / effect upon passage and
adoption.
