AN ORDINANCE REZONING THE SHEARWATER UNIT FROM CONSERVATION TO
WILDLIFE HABITAT.
The Kodiak Island Borough Assembly Ordains that:
, SECTION 1: The Shearwater Unit, Kodiak, Island, Alaska, more specifically
described as:
Sections 26 -36, T31S, R22W;
Sections 25 -28 and 32 -26, T31S, R23W;
Sections 7 -9, 15 -23, 26 -30, and 31 -35, T32S, R21W;
Sections 1 -36, T32S, R22W;
Sections 1 -36, T32S, R23W;
Sections 13, 14, 22 -27, and 34 -36, T32S, R24W;
Sections 4 -9, 16 -20, and 30, T33S, R21W;
Sections 1 -22, 24, 25, and 27 -33, T33S, R22W;
Sections 1 -6, 8, 9, 11 -15, and 23 -26, T33S, R23W;
Sections 1 -4, 9 -12, 15 and 16, T33S, R24W;
All South and West of Seward Meridian and containing
125,440 acres, more or less; is hereby rezoned from Conservation
to WH- Wildlife Habitat.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance is in full force and effect upon passage and adopt-
ion.
