AN ORDINANCE FOR THE DISPOSAL OF TAX - FORECLOSED LAND, U. S. SURVEY
2382, LOCATED ON RASPBERRY ISLAND.
THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY ordains:
SECTION 1: That Tracts A, B, and C of U. S. Survey 2382, Raspberry Island,
Kodiak Island Borough, Alaska, be offered for sale at public auction within
three months of the effective date of this ordinance.
SECTION 2: This ordinance shall be in effect upon passage and adoption.
