THROUGH E 16, BLOCK ALLMAN WHICH LOTS
(ADDITION) FROM R -1 RESIDENTIAL TO B- BUSINESS, WITH SPECIAL LIMITATIONS, TO
REMOVE THE SPECIAL LIMITATIONS.
THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ORDAINS:
SECTION 1: Section 1 of Ordinance Number 79- 1 -0 -(A) is amended to read as
follows:
That lots 12 through 19, block 2, and lots 9 through 16, block 3
Allman Subdivision (Addition) are hereby rezoned from R -1 (single
family residential) to business.
SECTION 2: Sections 2 and 3 of Ordinance number 79- 1 -0(A) are repealed.
SECTION 3: This Ordinance becomes effective upon passage and adoption.
