AN ORDINANCE RATIFYING THE LEASE OF CERTAIN PREMISES TO KODIAK AUTO
j WRECKING AND SALVAGE.
The Kodiak Island Borough Assembly ordains:
Section 1. The Borough manager is hereby authorized and directed to
execute attached ground lease to Kodiak Auto Wrecking and Salvage, together
with Addendum A thereto.
Section 2. The terms of Addendum A shall supercede and prevail over
any contrary provisions of ground lease.
Section 3. The ordinance shall be effective upon passage and
