AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY REZONING APPROX-
.!IMATELY 46 ACRES+ WITHIN USS 2539 FROM CONSERVATION TO INDUSTRIAL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY THAT:

section 2-Of this Ordinance is hereby rezonedefromlconservation�to
industrial.
SECT 2 A part of USS 2539, Kodiak, Alaska, further described as:
Seward Meridian, Alaska (Unsurveyed)
That portion of U.S. Survey 2539 more particularly located within
(protracted) T28S, R20W, Sections 21, 22, and 28, and described as
follows:
Beginning at a point at the line of mean high tide on the southerly
shore of Womens Bay NORTH of the USGS triangulation station "CHRIS ";
thence westerly and northerly, along the line of mean high tide of
Womens Bay, to a point at the mean high tide on the northwesterly
shore of Womens Bay, near the most northerly end of the old shi
located northeasterly of USGS triangulation station "SHANNON"; point of beginning; PYardl,
to a point on a boundary ofePLO 5566 °descrilbedpasoa�bearing5S 51oet
30' W; thence S 51u 30' W, approximately 1500 feet to a point;
thence S 38° 30' E, approximately 125 feet to a point, which is
N 38° 30' W, 300 feet distant from the centerline of the Chiniak
Road, thence southwesterly, along the line which is 300 feet from a
parallel to, the centerline 2f the Chiniak Road a distance of 3100
feet to a point; thence S 45 E, 400 feet more or less to the mean
high tide line of Womens Bay; thence along said mean high tide line
in a northwesterly direction to the true point of beginning.
Containing approximately 46 acres +.
