AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 2.08.010 and 2.10.010 OF
TITLE 2 0E THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH CODE OF ORDINANCES.
The Kodiak Island Borough Assembly ordains Section
x is hereby amended to read as follows:
2. 08.010 Schedule. The following schedule of bonding
' adopted for the borough officers in accordance with Alaska
I:
Statutes 2 9.23.520. The figure shown shall be the maximum amount
purchased:

A. Borough mayor, and deputy mayor, two hundred
;;thousand dollars;

;; B. Finance Officer treasurer, two hundred thousand
'dollars;
C. Cashier, clerk, assessor, bookkeeper, each assembly -
man, and other employees as determined by the manager, twenty -five
thousand dollars. Premiums shall be paid by the borough.
The Kodiak Island Borough Assembly further ordains
Section 2.10.010 is hereby amended to read as follows:
2.10.010 Appointment of officers. The borough clerk,
attorney, and manager shall be appointed by the borough assembly.
Officers serve at the pleasure of the appointing authority.
