AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2.16.030 OF TITLE 2 OF
THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH CODE OF ORDINANCES, BOROUGH ASSEMBLY
STIPEND.
WHEREAS, Section 2.16.030, Stipend is hereby amended
to read as follows:

Each Assembly Member shall receive $250.00 per month
for each regularly scheduled meeting attended. Receipt of this
stipend does not make an assemblyman a salaried employee of the
