1976-20 Adopted the Manager/Assembly Plan in Accordance with AS 29,23,440 and 4501
AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY TO ADOPT THE
MANAGER /ASSEMBLY PLAN IN ACCORDANCE WITH AS 29.23.440 AND 450.
WHEREAS, the voters of Kodiak Island Borough have determined
that it is in the best interest of Kodiak Island Borough to adopt and
implement the Manager Plan,
THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Kodiak Island Borough adopt
the Manager Plan whereby a hired manager shall be the Chief Administrator
of the Borough as provided by AS 29.23.440 and 450.
