BOROUGH AMENDING CHAPTER 17.12.040 OF THE BOROUGH CODE
Section I. Chapter 9s7. 12.040 of the Borough Code of
Ordinances is hereby amended to read:
17.12.040 Yards.
A. Front Yards. There shall be a front yard of not less
than 25 feet.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full effect immediately
upon passage. Notice of second reading and public hearing shall be
published in the Kodiak MIRROR seven days prior to the date of the
public hearing. After the public hearing, the Assembly may pass or
reject the ordinance with or without amendment.
