INANCE RELATING TO THE ACQUISITIO , TRANSFER AND DIS-
POSAL OF P RSONAL PROPERTY AND SERVICES.
The Kodak Island Borough Assembly ereby ordains:
*SECTION 1. at Chapter 3.16 of the odiak Island Borough Code
of Ordinan•es is hereby repeale• and reenacted to read as
follows:

3.16 40 Advertising for bids.

of this chapter having an estimated value of more than TWO
THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($2,500.00) may be made only after

a notice calling for bids is printed in a newspaper of general
circulation published within the borough once a week for not less
than three consecutive weeks prior to the date for the bid award.

may be obtain d; specify the plac for submission of bids and the
time by which t ey must be recei ed.

responsible bidder, or in the ase of a sale, to the highest

3.16.050 Processin• o bids. Notwithstanding other provi-
