9.10.010 Prohibi of sale and use. No person may sell,;
expose for sale, offer r sale, use or explode any fireworks

within the corporate mite of the Kodiak Island Borough,
except as otherwis rovided in this Chapter.
9.10.020 ;•eptions for Public Displays. Fireworks
may be used � ublic displays by municipalities, fair
associatio s` -nd other organizations or groups of individuals
if:
A. display is to be conducted in a manner and location;

so as not to constitute a fire hazard or expose me •ers of the
public to the risk of bodily injury.
B. A permit is obtained from Mayor of the Borough, or his
authorized designee, and
C. A bond is filed with the Borough i• the amount of
