ORDINANCE NUMBER 75 -13 -0
AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH AMENDING
CHAPTER 15.08 BY ADDING THERETO THE ADOPTION OF THE APPENDIX
OF THE 1973 UNIFORM BUILDING CODE.
WHEREAS, the Borough by Ordinance 73 -16 -0 adopted the 1973
Uniform Building Code,
WHEREAS, it appears that through oversight the appendix was not
adopted at that time, and
WHEREAS, the building season is fast approaching and in order
to give the Borough staff the proper tools to assist in the continued growth
of the community,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, that Chapter 15.08 is hereby
amended by adding:
Section 1 - Chapter 15.08.01 - Uniform Building Code Appendix
of 1973 is hereby adopted and made a part of the Borough Code of
Ordinances.
