MAKING AN AMENDMENT TO THE 1974/75 BUDGET AS PASSED BY
ORDINANCE NO. 74 -21 -0
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE KODIAK ISLAND BO OUGH ASSEMBLY
State of Alaska, that Ordinance Number 74 -21- , the appropriation
and tax levy or budget ordinance, be and the same is hereby
amended as follows:
SECTION 1: The sume of $5,000.00 is hereby added to
Account No. 137 - Miscellaneous Reimbur_ement of Costs to
show receipt of that amount from the odiak Aleutian Mental
Health Center for Bookkeeping Servi es rendered for a ten -month
period.
SECTION 2: The sume of 5,000 is hereby added to the
following expenditure accounts

li HEREBY ORDAINS:

1; Section 1. That Section of Sub Chapter 1 of Chapter 5 is

ii hereby amended to read:

i i Section 1. ORGANIZATION: There is hereby created pursuant
I to AS 29.33.080 a Borough Planning Commission, which shall consist
I of nine (9) members appointed by the Borough Mayor subject of confirmation
II by the Borough Assembly. Five (5) members shall be residents of the
II
City of Kodiak and four (4) members shall be residents of the area outside
the City of Kodiak. The members shall serve without pay. Nothing in
I this section prevents the Borough Chairman from appointing additional
I persons to serve in an advisory or ex- officio capacity. The Borough
Mayor and Engineer shall serve as ex- officio members of said Commission.
