AN ORDINANCE OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY
MAKING SUPPLEMENTAL TRANSFERS OF CERTAIN APPROPRIATIONS
WITHIN THE 1974/75 BUDGET AS PASSED BY ORDINANCE NO. 74 -21 -0
BE IT ORDAINED by the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly
of the Kodiak Island Borough, State of Alaska, that Ordinance No. 74 -21 -0
the appropriation and tax levy or budget ordinance, be and the same
is hereby amended as follows:
Section I: The sum of TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND and No /100ths
($25,000.00) DOLLARS is hereby transferred from Account No. 150 -
Parks 6 Recreation.
Section 2: The total amount of transfer and appropriation
is TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND and No /100ths ($25,000.00) DOLLARS AND
the following expenditure appropriations are hereby authorized:
Borough Assembly Account 140
.01 Travel 6 per diem
.02 Compensation
General Government Account 143
.30 Contracted Services
Capital Projects 241 13, 000.00 13, 000.00
TOTAL 25, 000.00
Section 3: That these supplemental appropriations and
transfers of appropriations are done in accordance with Section
29.48.190 (c) Alaska Statutes and that this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect from and after its passage and approval as required
by law.
