AN ORDINANCE CLARIFYING THE QUAL.IFICATICNS OF AGENTS
TO BID FOR LEASE OR POSE CF REAL PROPERTY.
The KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY hereby ordains:
*Section 1. That Subsection D, Section 6, Subchapter I of Chapter 6
is hereby amended to read.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 4th DAY CF April , 1974.
D. Is acting as the agent for another person satisfying
the requirements of this section and has filed a valid
power of attorney and letter of authorization creating an
agency with the Borough Clerk prior to the time set for
the auction. The agent may represent only one principal
and may not submit an application or bid on his own behalf.
