AN-ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK
ISLAND BOROUGH DECREASING THE APPROPRIATED SURPLUS ACCOUNT
NUMBER 130.1 FROM ONE HUNDRED TWO THOUSAND AND No /100ths
DOLLARS TO BALANCE THE BUDGET WITH THE GENERAL GOVERNMENT
OPERATING ACCOUNT NO. 143 WORKING CAPITAL FUND .35 WHICH
IS ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND AND No /100ths DOLLARS.
WHEREAS, the current budget of the Kodiak Island
Borough for the fiscal year of July 1, 1972 through
June 30, 1973, his in account No.143.35 working capital of
ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND AND No /100ths ($100,000.00) DOLLARS
and
WHEREAS, in the summary of Estimated Revenues
Account No. 130.1 Appropriated Surplus is ONE HUNDRED TWO
THOUSAND AND No /100ths ($102,000.00) COLLARS and due to this
discrepance the Budget does not balance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Kodiak Island
Borough Assembly as follows:
Section 1. General Government Operating Account
143.35 Working Capital is ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND and No /100ths
($100,000.00) AND the Summary of Estimated Revenues Account
No. 130.1 Appropriated Surplus is amended FROM ONE HUNDRED
TWO THOUSAND and No /100ths DOLLARS TO ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND
and No /100ths to coincide with the Working Capital.
Section 2. The Kodiak Island Borough Budget for the
fiscal year 1972 through 1973 be and the same is hereby amended
to reflect this change.
