AN ORDINANCE MAKING SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATIONS AND TRANSFERRING
CERTAIN APPROPRIATIONS
BE IT ORDAINED by the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly of the
Kodiak Island Borough, State of Alaska, that Ordinance Number 69 -12 -0,
the appropriation and tax levy or budget ordinance, be and the same is hereby
amended as follows:
Section 1: The sum of TWO HUNDRED FIFTEEN and No /100ths($215.00)
DOLLARS is hereby transferred from Account No. 510 Contingencies to Account
No. 509 Dues and Publications.
Section The sum of= THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED and No /100ths
($1,500.00) DOLLARS is hereby transferred from Account No. 901 Hospital Reserve
Fund to Account No. 507 Office Machines.
Section 3: The sum of MR THOUSAND AND No /lOOths ($5,000.00) DOLLARS
is hereby transferred from Account No. 901.9 Dog Control_ to Account No. 507
Office Machines.
Section 4: The sum of EIGHT HUNDRED and No /100ths ($800.00) DOLLARS
is hereby transferred from Account No. 510 Contingencies to Account No. 40 for
Interest on the EIGHTY THOUSAND and No /lOOths ($80,000.00) DOLLAR loan
Secti'on5 5: That these supplemental appropriations and transfer of
appropriations are done in accordance with Section 07.20.080 Alaska Statutes and
that this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage
and approval as required by law.
