1969-05 Amending Chapter 4 Changing Time of Election NoticeKODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ORDINANCE NUMBER 69 -5 -0 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 4 OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH CODE OF ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS BY CHANGING THE TIME REQUIRED FOR NOTICE TO BE GIVEN BEFORE AN ELECTION; PROVIDING FOR SEPARATE BALLOTS FOR LS FORICAANDIGAPETITZONSROPOSITIONS AND CHANGING THE BE IT ORDAINED as follows: Section 1. Chapter 4, Section 1 of the Kodiak Island Borough Code of Ordinances is hereby repealed and re- enacted to read as follows: "Section 1.
