A special meeting of the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly
was held February 14, 2001 in the Kodiak Island Borough
conference room at 710 Mill Bay Road. The meeting was
called to order at 9:43 p.m.

At 9:44 p.m. Mayor LeDoux recessed the special meeting
into executive session and invited Manager Carlson, Clerk
Nielsen, and Deputy Clerk Javier to attend.
At 10:17 p.m. Deputy Mayor Heinrichs reconvened the
special meeting and announced no action would be taken as
a result of the executive session.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the
Assembly, the meeting adjourned at 10:18 p.m.
