Assembly was held February 14, 2001 in the Kodiak
Island Borough conference room at 710 Mill Bay Road.
The meeting was called to order at 5:34 p.m.

At 5:34 p.m. Deputy Mayor Heinrichs recessed the
special meeting into executive session and invited
Manager Jensen and Clerk Nielsen to attend.
At 6:16 p.m. Deputy Mayor Heinrichs reconvened the
special meeting and announced no action would be
taken as a result of the executive session.
ADJOURNMENT ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the
Assembly, the meeting adjourned at 6:17 p.m.
