Assembly was held September 30, 1999 in the Borough
Conference Room of the Kodiak Island Borough
Building, 710 Mill Bay Road. The meeting was called
to order at 9:25 p.m.

At 9:30 p.m., Mayor Stevens recessed the special
meeting into executive session and invited the
clerk's office staff, the Borough attorney, and
Sharon Blakeslee, senior system analyst.
At 10:22 p.m., Mayor Stevens reconvened the special
meeting and announced no action would be taken as a
result of the executive session.
