A special meeting of the Kodiak Island Borough
Assembly was held June 22, 1999 in the Conference
Room of the Kodiak Island Borough Building,
710 Mill Bay Road. The meeting was called to order
at 7:33 p.m.
There were present: ROLL CALL
Mayor:
Gary L. Stevens, presiding
Assemblymembers:
Tom Abell Robin Heinrichs
Scott Arndt Greg Spalinger
Tuck Bonney
Wayne Stevens (arrived 7:34 p.m.)
Absent was: Pat Branson
comprising a quorum of the Assembly; and
Linda L. Freed, Acting Manager
Judith A. Nielsen, Acting Clerk
Patti Kirkpatrick, Assistant Clerk
Assemblymember Branson was out -of -town on business
and asked to be excused. Assemblymember Stevens was
not in attendance.

At 7:33 p.m., Mayor Stevens recessed the special
meeting and convened the executive session.
At 8:13 p.m., Mayor Stevens reconvened the special
meeting and announced that was no action to be taken
as a result of the executive session.
There being no further business to come before the ADJOURNMENT
Assembly, the meeting adjourned at 8:13 p.,,m.
