06/08/1999 SMA special meeting of the Kodiak Island Borough
Assembly was held June 8, 1999 in the Conference Room
of the Kodiak Island Borough Building, 710 Mill Bay
Road. The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m.
There were present: ROLL CALL

comprising a quorum of the Assembly; and

A. Manager Employment Contract. MANAGER
EMPLOYMENT
BONNEY, moved to convene into CONTRACT
seconded by BRANSON executive session to
discuss the manager
employment contract.
Mayor Stevens asked Manager Manninen if he preferred
discussion in public or executive session.
Mr. Manninen indicated he preferred an executive
session, allowing the Assembly to meet in the
executive session without him until he was called in.

At 8:40 p.m. Mayor Stevens reconvened the special
meeting and announced that no action was taken during
the executive session.

to Mayor Stevens.
