Special Assembly Meeting
April 29, 2004
A special meeting of the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly was held April 29,
2004 in the Kodiak Island Borough Conference Room at 710 Mill Bay Road. The
meeting was called to order at 9:01 p.m.
Present were Mayor Gabrielle LeDoux, Assemblymembers Tom Abell, Tuck Bonney,
Pat Branson, Robin Heinrichs, Cecil Ranney, Wayne Stevens, and Nancy Wells.
Staff present were Administrative Official Bud Cassidy, Deputy Clerk Nova
Javier, and Assistant Clerk Laura Casey.
CONSIDERATION OF MATTERS FOR THE SPECIAL MEETING
A. Contract No. 2004 -20 Employment Contract between the Kodiak Island
Borough Assembly and Patrick S. Carlson as Manager.
STEVENS moved to approve Contract No. 2004 -20 with Patrick S. Carlson,
seconded by HEINRICHS
Assemblymember Bonney said there were two drafts before the Assembly, draft
A and draft B. He reminded the Assembly of their intent to approve draft A
before the contract was removed from the March 18 regular meeting agenda.
Assemblymember Heinrichs concurred.
ROLL CALL VOTE ON MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY: Abell, Bonney, Branson,
Heinrichs, Ranney, Stevens, Wells
ADJOURNMENT
With no objection, the mayor adjourned the meeting at 9:10 p.m.
