Regular Assembly Meeting
February 12, 2004
A special meeting of the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly was held January 12,
2004 in the Conferece Room of the Kodiak Island Borough Building, 710 Mill
Bay Road. The meeting was called to order at 8:01 p.m.
Present were Mayor LeDoux, Assemblymembers Abell, Branson, Bonney Heinrichs,
Ranney, Stevens, and Wells. Staff present were Manager Carlson, Clerk
Nielsen, and Deputy Clerk Javier.
CONSIDERATION OF MATTERS FOR THE SPECIAL MEETING
A. Resolution No. 2004 -08 Establishing the Date for a Special Election.
BRANSON moved to adopt Resolution No. 2004 -08, seconded by HEINRICHS
Clerk Nielsen said this Resolution scheduled
2004 for the purpose of submitting to the
propositions approving Borough projects and
bonds for the projects.
ROLL CALL VOTE ON MOTION PASSED UNANIMOUSLY:
Heinrichs, Ranney, Stevens, Wells
