12/14/2000 SMA special meeting of the Kodiak Island Borough
Assembly was held December 14, 2000 in the Borough
conference room of the Kodiak Island Borough
Building, 710 Mill Bay Road. The meeting was called
to order at 8:35 p.m.

At 8:37 p.m. Mayor Stevens recessed the special
meeting into executive session and invited Manager
Jensen, Clerk's office staff, and Administrative
Assistant Ellen Cloudy. He noted that this executive
session would be held by teleconference with
attorneys Jim Gilmore and Amy Menard.

At 9:55 p.m. Mayor Stevens reconvened the special
meeting and announced no action would be taken as a
result of the executive session.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the
Assembly, the meeting adjourned at 9:55 p.m.
