03/20/2000 SMA special meeting of the Kodiak Island Borough
Assembly was held March 20, 2000 in the Assembly
Chambers of the Kodiak Island Borough Building,
710 Mill Bay Road. The meeting was called to order
at 7:35 p.m.

MOTION CARRIED Unanimous
At 7:35 p.m. Presiding Assemblymember Heinrichs
recessed the special meeting to convene into
executive session. He asked attorney Jim Gilmore,
the Manager, and Clerk's office staff to join the
executive session.
At 8:21 p.m. Presiding Assemblymember Heinrichs
reconvened the special meeting and announced that no
action would be taken as a result of the executive
session.
There being no further business to come before the
Assembly, the meeting adjourned at 8:21 p.m.
