Special Assembly Meeting
August 29, 1996
A special meeting of the Kodiak Island Borough
Assembly was held August 29, 1996 in the Conference
Room of the Kodiak Island Borough Building,
710 Mill Bay Road. The meeting was called to order
at 6:30 p.m.
There were present:
Gary Stevens, Presiding
John Burt Suzanne Hancock
Robin Heinrichs Bob Johnson
Jack McFarland (arrived 6:47 p.m.)
Mike Milligan (arrived 7:08 p.m.)
comprising a quorum of the Assembly; and
Jerome Selby, Mayor
Donna Smith, CMC /AAE, Borough Clerk
Joel Bolger, Borough Attorney
EXECUTIVE SESSION

1. Hospital Management Contract Negotiations.

At 6:31 p.m., Presiding Officer Stevens convened the
executive session.

MOTION CARRIED Unanimous voice vote
At 7:32 p.m., Presiding Officer Stevens recessed the
executive session.
At the close of the work session at 9:30 p.m.,
Presiding Officer Stevens reconvened the executive
session.
Following the special meeting executive session,
Presiding Officer Stevens announced there would be no
action taken as a result of the executive session.
There being no further business to come before the ADJOURNMENT
Assembly, the meeting adjourned at 10:10 p.m.
