1996-10B Amending Resolution 96-10 Fees of the Kodiak Island Borough to Reflect Changes in Fees for Animal Control Fees.A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 96 -10 FEES OF THE KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH TO REFLECT CHANGES IN FEES FOR ANIMAL CONTROL
WHEREAS, the Borough wishes to establish a schedule for fine amounts and for
those offenses arising under Kodiak Island Borough Code Chapter 6.04 that are
amendable to disposition without court appearances; and
WHEREAS, proposed revisions to the fee structure will make Borough fees consistent
with those established by the city of Kodiak, allowing for more effective
administration of the animal control program; and
WHEREAS, fees and charges need to reflect the provisions of Chapter 6.04;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH that the fees and charges of the Kodiak Island Borough are amended as
follows:
TITLE 6: ANIMALS (KIBC 6.04.070)
