1996-10A Amending Fees to Reflect Deletion of Utility Fees.KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH RESOLUTION NO. 96 -10A Introduced by: Mayor Selby Requested by: Finance Director Drafted: Borough Clerk Introduced: 06 /20/96 Adopted: 06 /20/96 A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 96-10 FEES OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH TO REFLECT CHANGES IN UTILITY FEES WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 96-03 provided for an election for the voters of service District No. 1 on the question of withdrawing water and sewer powers from Service District No. 1; and WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 96-03 transferred water and sewer improvements in Service District No. 1 to the City of Kodiak; and WHEREAS, a majority of the qualified voters cast their ballots in favor of the question; and WHEREAS, the fees and charges for 1997 need to reflect the changes in the utility fees; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH that the fees and charges of the Kodiak Island Borough are amended as reflected effective July 1, 1996.
