A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 95 -07 ESTABLISHING
FEES OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH TO WAIVER
FEES FOR DISPOSAL OF JUNK VEHICLES DURING SPRING CLEAN -UP
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough recognizes the need to responsibly recycle
vehicles, and
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough wishes to conveniently provide recycle
opportunities to its residents during spring clean -up;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK ISLAND
BOROUGH THAT:
Section 1: Resolution No. 95 -07 is hereby amended by waiving the fifty dollar
($50.00) metal disposal fee.
Section 2: Resolution No. 95 -07 is hereby amended by waiving the thirty dollar
($30.00) towing fee, limited to two automobiles per household.
Section 3: Resolution No. 95 -07 is hereby amended by discounting the commercial
business fee by fifty percent (50%).
Section 4: The waiver is hereby effective May 4, 1996 through May 18, 1996.
