1983-139 Adopting A Capital Improvement Program For Fiscal Years 1984-85 Through 1988-89 And Establishing Capital Projects Priorities.0 1 1 1 • 1 3 7 A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY ADOPTING A CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR FISCAL YEARS 1984 -85 THROUGH 1988 -89 AND ESTABLISHING CAPITAL PROJECT PRIORITIES. WHEREAS, a Five -Year Capital Improvement Program has been prepared mended approval of the prioritized FY85 capital improvement priorities at its November 16, 1983 meeting, in accordance with Borough Code Section 2.24.030 (e); and WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough and the Kodiak City Council held a joint work session on the capital improvement priorities on November 17, 1983; and KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH RESOLUTION NO. 83 -139 -R by the Borough for fiscal years 1984 -85 through 1988 -89; and WHEREAS, the Borough's Planning and Zoning Commission has recom- WHEREAS, the Borough Assembly held a public hearing on the Five -Year Capital Improvement Program including the priorities during its meeting on December 1, 1983. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the document entitled "Kodiak Island Borough Capital Improvement Program" for the years from July 1, 1984 through June 30, 1989 is hereby adopted by reference; and ' BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Borough's capital project priorities for FY 1984 -85 are as follows: 1. Near Island Bridge 2. Solid Waste Disposal Site 3. Auditorium /Main Remodel 4. Pier III Emergency Repairs 5. Selief Lane Extension 6. Cold Storage Facility A &E 7. Fisheries Technology Center A &E 8. Island Lake Water and Sewer 9. Old Harbor - Mini Hydro Project 10. Port Lions - Bayview Drive Construction 11. Ouzinkie - Generator and Elect. System 12. Larsen Bay - Small Boat Harbor A &E 13. Karluk - Electrification System 14. Akhiok - Access Road to Dock 15. Dog Bay Permanent Breakwater ( #1 priority 16. Pier III Improvements - Dolphins /Catwalk 17. DOT Maintenance Facility 18. Hospital Emergency Generator /X -Ray Video 19. Senior Citizen Center 20. High School Renovation 21. Mill Bay Reconst. A &E - Cutoff Rd. to "Y" 22. Jail Addition 23. Float Plane Facility A &E 24. Hospital Construction A &E 25. Lakeside Subd. - Roads and Utilities 26. Marine Way Construction 27. Larch Street Construction 28. East Elementary Addition /Upgrade 29.
