RESOLUTION NO. 83 -129 -R
A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY
DESIGNATING INDIVIDUALS AUTHORIZED TO EXECUTE NEGOTIABLE INSTRU-
MENTS FOR THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH.
WHEREAS, Chapter 3 of the Borough Code of Ordinances
.', and Resolutions has established those positions authorized to sign .
negotiable instruments, and
WHEREAS, individuals holding those positions change
'.. periodically, and such change having occurred,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following
individuals are hereby authorized to sign checks and negotiable
contracts for the Kodiak Island Borough:
Borough Mayor, Jerome Selby
Assemblyman Phillip C. Anderson
Assemblyman, Dennis P. Murray
Assemblyman, Edward F. Naughton
Assemblyman, Lorne E. White
Borough Clerk, Shirley Miller, CMC
Finance Office, Bryce S. Weeks
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, checks shall require the
, signature of a staff member of the Kodiak Island Borough and a
member of the Assembly or Mayor.
