A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY ESTABLISHING
PLATTING, APPEAL AND INSPECTION FEES.
WHEREAS, Section 16.08.060 of the Kodiak Island Borough Municipal
code provides for the Assembly to establish a schedule of fees; and
WHEREAS, platting fees have not been revised since established in
1964.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly
the following schedule of fees is adopted:
A. Appeals $100
B. Platting Minimum filing fee $200
13 to 50 lots $200 plus $17.50 per lot
Over 50 lots $865 plus $14.00 per lot
