TO THE CITY OF KODIAK. 'rhEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly and the Kodiak City Council met on September 15, 1983 in a joint worksession and discussed the annexation of certain properties in the vicinity of the Municipal Airport to the City of Kodiak, and WHEREAS, it will be to the advantage of both governments that the Borough land described in this resolution be annexed to the City of Kodiak, and WHEREAS, the City of Kodiak agrees to allow the extension of certain streets through City owned property in exchange for ownership of that portion 'of the Municipal Airport runway currently owned by the Kodiak Island Borough. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly that the Local Boundary Commission be requested to favorably consider the annexation of the following described properties to the City of Kodiak' Parcel No. 1: Beginning at Corner No. 1 of U.
