1983-114 Designating An Acting Manager During The Duly Designated Manager's Absence Or Disability.A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY DESIGNATING AN
l ACTING MANAGER DURING THE DULY DESIGNATED MANAGER'S ABSENCE OR DISABILITY.
WHEREAS, Alaska Statutes Title 29, Section 29.23.150 sets forth
the manner in which the Borough Assembly shall designate a person to act as
manager during the absence or disability of the appointed manager.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly resolves to
designate Linda L. Freed as acting manager during the absence or disability
of the duly appointed manager.
