1983-110 Designating An Acting Borough Clerk During The Duly Designated Borough Clerk's Absence Or Disability.I
A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY DESIGNATING AN
ACTING BOROUGH CLERK DURING THE DULY DESIGNATED BOROUGH CLERK'S ABSENCE OR
DISABILITY.
WHEREAS, Alaska Statutes, Section 29.23.380 sets forth the
,position of municipal clerk, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Assembly to appoint an acting
clerk during the duly designated borough clerk's absence or disability.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island Borough
Assembly designates Phil C. Shealy as Acting Borough Clerk during the
absence or disability of the duly appointed Borough Clerk.
