1968-41 Calling For A Special Election To Be Held Within The Kodiak Island Borough Fire District No. One On January 14, 1969.KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH RESOLUTION 'J[ABER 68 -41 -R A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH ASSEMBLY CALLING FOR A SPECIAL ELECTION TO BE HELD WITHIN 'THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH FIRE DISTRICT NO. 1 ON January 14, 1969 BE IT RESOLVED by the Assembly of the Kodiak Island Borough, State of Alaska, that: Section 1. A special borough election is called to be held on January 14, 1969 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. of said date and that there be submitted to the duly qualified voters of Kodiak Island Borough Fire Protection District No One the following proposition: "Shall the Kodiak Island Borough Fire Protection District Number One provide for fire protection? Yes /7 No /7 Section 2. The election shall be in accordance with the laws of the State of Alaska and Chapter Four of the Kodiak Island Borough Code of Ordinances and Resolutions. Section 3.
