1968-38 Designating The Borough Collector Or His Successor To Proceed Under AS 29.10.369-540 To Enforce The Lien On Taxes Against Real Property.A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE BOROUGH COLLECTOR OR
HIS SUCCESSOR TO PROCEED UNDER AS 29.10.369 -540 TO ENFORCE THE
LIEN OF TAXES AGAINST REAL PROPERTY.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
Section 1. The Borough Collector or his successor
is designated pursuant to AS 29.10.459 to prepare a roll in
duplicate of all real property subject to foreclosure for delinqu nt
taxes.
Section 2. The roll of all real property subject to
foreclosure for delinquent taxes shall show the name of each
person appearing in the latest tax roll as the owner of tax
delinquent property, a description of each property as it appears
on the latest tax roll, the year or years for which taxes are
delinquent, the amount of delinquent taxes for each year and
penalty and interest thereon accruing the day six (6) months
after the day of delinquency of taxes of the latest year.
Section 3. The roll of all real property subject to
foreclosure for delinquent taxes shall be prepared on or before
March 3, 1969
