BE IT RESOLVED by the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly
that whereas Ordinance 68 -23 -0 is an Ordinance creating a fire
rotection service area within the Kodiak Island Borough outside
he City of Kodiak and whereas the Kodiak Volunteer Fire Department
dvisory Group has recommended a mutual aid agreement between the

WHEREAS, at the Assembly Meeting of October 17, 1968,

f THIRTY -THREE THOUSAND and No /100ths ($33,000.00) DOLLARS plus

n the sum of ONE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED SEVENTY -FIVE and No /100ths
($1,875.00) DOLLARS which purchase could be financed through the
