1968-30 Establishing A Mill Rate For The 1968-69 Tax Year.A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK
ISLAND BOROUGH ESTABLISHING A MILL RATE FOR THE 1968 -1969 TAX
YEAR - .
WHEREAS, Section 07.20.131, Alaska Statutes, provides
that the Borough Assembly shall hold a hearing on the proposed
budget and capital program, and after public hearing the Assembly
may adopt with or without amendment the annual budget as proposed
by the Chairman, and
WHEREAS, the Chairman of the Kodiak Island Borough has
presented a proposed budget to the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly
for their adoption and the establishment of 7.84 mills as a mill
rate levy, on all taxable real and personal property within the
Kodiak Island Borough's corporate limits for Borough purposes,
including schools, in accordance with the summary of revenues
anticipated during the Borough tax year of 1968 -1969.
1 Kodiak Island Borough as proposed by the Chairman, be and the same
is hereby adopted, and 7.84 mills be and the same is hereby estab-
lished as the mill rate levy on all taxable real and personal
property within the Borough's corporate limits for all Borough
purposes, including schools, in accordance with the summary of
revenues anticipated during the budget year of 1968 -69.
