1968-28 Pursuant To Chapter Five, Subchapter Four, Section Six Of The KIB Code Of Ordinances And Resolutions Approving A Revised Plat Of Monashka Bay, Alaska Subdivision.A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK
ISLAND BOROUGH PURSUANT TO CHAPTER FIVE (5), SUB- CHAPTER FOUR (4),
SECTION SIX (6) OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH CODE OF ORDINANCES
AND RESOLUTIONS
WHEREAS, Chapter Five (5), Sub - Chapter Four (4),
Section Six (6) of the Kodiak Island Borough Code of Ordinances
and Resolutions provides that a final plat shall be approved by
the Borough Assembly by resolution, which resolution shall provide
for the acceptance of all streets, alleys, easements, or other
open spaces dedicated to public purposes, and
WHEREAS, the State of Alaska, Department of Natural
Resources, Division of Lands, has presented for approval its final
plat of the revised plat of Monashka Bay, Alaska Subdivision which
plat was revised to correct drafting errors, prepared by G.S. BEST,
Registered Land Surveyor, and the same shows a dedication by the
owner of all easements for public utilities, roadways and alleys
as shown thereon for public use, and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the
Kodiak Island Borough approved said revised plat on May 29, 1968.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED
