A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF THE KODIAK
ISLAND BOROUGH PURSUANT TO CHAPTER FIVE (5)7.. SUB - CHAPTER FOUR (4),
SECTION SIX (6) OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH CODE OF ORDINANCES AN
RESOLUTIONS
WHEREAS, Chapter Five (5), Sub- Chapter (4), Section
Six (6) of the Kodiak Island Borough Code of Ordinances and Resolu
tions provides that a final plat shall be approved by the Borough
Assembly by resolution, shall provide for the acceptance of all
streets, alleys, easements, or other open spaces dedicated to publ
purposes, and
WHEREAS, JOHN SCHREINER has presented for approval
his final plat of the Subdivision of Lot Fourteen (14), U.S. Surve
3100 prepared by G.S. BEST, Registered Land Surveyor, and the same
shows a dedication by the owner of all easements for public utilit' -s,
roadways and alleys as shown thereon for public use, and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission of the
Kodiak Island Borough approved said final plat on June 28, 1968.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kodiak Island
Borough Assembly grant approval to the final plat presented by
JOHN SCHREINER entitled Subdivision Lot Fourteen (14) U.S. Survey
3100, and that the Kodiak Island Borough accept all streets, alleys
easements and other open spaces dedicated to public purposes as
set forth in said plat.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 22nd day of July, 1968.
