A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH PLANNING AND
ZONING COMMISSION PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 5, SUB - CHAPTER 2, SECTION
2 -d OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH CODE OF ORDINANCES AND RESOLU-
TIONS
WHEREAS, Chapter 5, Sub- Chapter 2, Section 2 -d of the
Kodiak Island Borough Code of Ordinances and Resolutions provides
that in the event that the official zoning map becomes difficult
to interpret because of the nature or number of changes and
additions, the Borough Planning and Zoning Commission may by
resolution adopt a new official zoning map which shall supersede
the prior official zoning map and
WHEREAS, the official zoning map has become difficult
to interpret because of the nature and number of changes and
additions thereto since its adoption.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that a new official
zoning map as prepared by BARR & ASSOCIATES, CONSULTING ENGINEERS
and which was received by the Kodiak Island Borough under date
of April 24, 1968, be and the same is hereby adopted and that
the new official zoning map shall hereafter supersede the prior
official zoning map of the Kodiak Island Borough.

future subdivisions of the area.
