A RESOLUTION OF THE BOROUGH ASSEMBLY OF
THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH APPROVING THE
ENTRY INTO CONTRACTUAL, STATUS OF BOROUGH
ASSOCIATED SURVEYORS AND ENGINEERS FOR
SURVEY WORK ON BOROUGH LANDS.
WHEREAS, the principals of the two Registered Land Surveyors and
Engineering firms In Kodiak are associated with the Borough in the capacities
of Borough Ohaiuman, G. S. Best, and Borough Assemblyman, James R. Barr, and
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough Assembly is aware of the
familiarity of these men with the areas to be surveyed, and the desirability
of such knowledge.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Borough Assembly of the
Kodiak Island Borough approves the entry into contractual status, for survey
Work on Bough lands, of the above designated firms.
