A RESOLUTION OF THE KODIAK ISLAND BOROUGH AUTHORIZING
THE CONVEYANCE OF CERTAIN PROPERTY SITUATED IN THE INCORPORATED
VILLAGE OF PORT LIONS, ALASKA, TO THE INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF PORT
LIONS
WHEREAS, The Kodiak Island Borough has acquired by
patent from the State of Alaska title to certain lots situated in
the incorporated village of Port Lions, Alaska, consisting of:
Lots One (1) and
Two (2) Block One (1);
Lots Eight (8), Nine (9), Ten (10
(11), Twelve (12), Thirteen (13),
(14) and Fifteen (15), Block Two
Lot Six (6), Block Seven (7);
Lots Two (2), Three (3) and Five
Fight (8);
Lots Seven (7) and Eight (8), Block Nine (9);
Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Nine (9),
Ten (10) and Eleven (11), Block Ten (10);
Lot Three (3), Block Twelve (12);
Lots

One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4),
( Six (6), Seven (7), Eight (8), Nine

property is occupied by a Community Hall owned by the incorporated
village of Port Lions and another portion of which is a cemetery
reserve, and
WHEREAS, the Kodiak Island Borough pursuant to Chapter
Six (6) of its Code of Ordinances and Resol„ri0.,
to dispose of lands not used or needed for Borough purposes to othe

Political subdivisions of the State for less than appraised value
and
WHEREAS, the Borough Assembly deeming it to be in the
best interest of the Kodiak Island Borough and the incorporated
village of Port Lions and being fully advised in the premises
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Borough Chairman
be and he is hereby authorized to execute a deed of conveyance to
the incorporated village of Port Lions conveying to it that certai
real property presently owned by the Kodiak Island Borough known
and described as:
Lots One (1) and Two (2), Block One (1);
Lots Eight (8), Nine (9), Ten (10), Eleven
(11), Twelve (12), Thirteen (13), Fourteen
(14), Fifteen (15), Block Two (2);
Lot Six (6), Block Seven (7);
Lots Two (2), Three (3) and Five (5), Block
Eight (8);
Lots Seven (7) and Eight (8), Block Nine (9);
Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Nine (9),
Ten (10) and Eleven (11), Block Ten (10);
